How to Renew Accounts

If your school purchases EHR Tutor using school or grant money, please contact your instructor to renew your account. 

If your school has you purchase EHR Tutor directly through our website or through your bookstore, follow the directions below.

Log in to EHR Tutor and click your name in the top right corner. That will open a drop down menu with the option to click on "Profile". On the profile page, you will see the option to "Extend your License".

If your school allows you to purchase EHR Tutor directly through our website, you'll see the option to pay for a subscription renewal. If your school requires you to purchase access codes through the bookstore, you'll see the option to enter an access code. To obtain an access code, visit your school's bookstore.

    I have a question about campus enrollment. I was originally at a different campus first and now I have transferred, will this be an issue with course enrollment?

    I had already purchased this and now when I log back in I can't get to my course. I have already been in once but now it shows i need to enter a course or pay. I have already paid and my course code hasn't changed. why is it not working?

    Teresa - please use your school email to sign in.  Your account was activated and paid for under that email.  Feel free to email us at support@ehrtutor.com if you have any trouble logging in.

    I only need 6 months of EHR because I graduate in may and dont want to over pay because I need to pay for school. Is there a way I can extend EHR for only 6 months and pay for only 6 months?

    Priscilla - please email us at support@ehrtutor.com.  Depending on your school and program, we may be able to make a 6 month renewal available for you online.

    how do I renew my membership online? its showing the extend your license but it won't let me click on it to re buy it!! SOS

    Hello, when I try to pay online it only shows the OR pay online and no button to proceed to online payment.

    Can you purchase a short term license? I only have one semester left in Nursing School and my code seems to have expired, but I do not want to have to pay for another entire year :(

    I used EHR Tutor last year and still have 1 month to go on my subscription. My school has EHR Tutor listed on my needed supply list for this year, can I renew on the website and still access my schools info or do i need to buy a new access code? thanks!
